“ Hands down some of the best BBQ. We were driving through ID to UT and saw a restaurant with 5 star review and doubted the legitimacy. We’ll let me provide some reassurance; it deserves all 5 stars I got the Slamwich with pulled pork and picked up a side of the mac & cheese. The pork was incredibly tender, and the seasoning is exquisite. The magic sauce on top was . No, let’s talk mac & cheese. His five cheese blend with seasoning on top really hit the “cheese spot“. What made it all even more of an experience is the owner took time to chat with us and talk about his process and sharing with us new ideas and even giving a little taste of the bomb boneless ribs. Can’t wait to come back. ”
“ Got a chicken burrito with the extra spicy BBQ sauce with some cornbread and a drink. The food took hardly any time, and it was delicious. The chicken was tender and tasted amazing, and the cornbread was moist and great as well. ”
“ High quality. Reasonable prices. Worth the visit. A 5-star rated bbq stand. No way.... No participation stars, they need to be earned. I had a brisket burrito. It wasn't the best burrito that I've ever had, but it was close. The bar is high - I've eaten my way through a lot of burritos. The brisket was perfect and the sauce was great. I very much appreciated that the meat was the star of the burrito. Most places will hide a few morsels of meat in a pile of rice/beans. The medium bbq had a real kick, but actual flavor, not just the "burn your buds off" hot that has become all too common. ”
“ We ordered the brisket meal (w/ cornbread, coleslaw, mac & cheese), brisket quesadilla, and two brisket sliders. The brisket wasn't at all dry. The bark had a really nice flavor. The cornbread was moist and really tasty. The coleslaw had good flavor. My son loved it. I personally prefer a finer cut/shred coleslaw. The mac and cheese was to die for. Best I've had. He adds a really good seasoning that sets it apart from other's out there. The brisket quesadilla was was great. Not too spicy, just the right amount. The small pretzel bun brisket sliders were awesome. We wanted to order more of those, but decided we already devoured too much food. We plan to come back here when we pass through again in the summer. Excellent service from the guy who I assume is the owner and chef. ”

Been getting their dirty mac for about a year now, and it never lets me down. 10 for a pound of mac with brisket is a steal of a deal, especially when it tastes as good as it does! Amazing service, amazing cook, fair prices for some of the best food you’ll ever eat. I will be coming back time and time again. Love it! ”

“ 5 stars? Over 500 reviews? I had to check it out. I told the man I was hungry, and his recommendation did not disappoint. 3/4 lb beef patty, 1/4 lb of smoked brisket, crisped cheese, grilled onions (ask for them grilled, trust me), lettuce tomato pickle. The works basically. Holy cow (pun intended.) This was hands down the best burger I've ever had. It usurped Gastro Grind (Palm Desert, California) who also is known for brisket burgers thanks to Guy Fieri reviewing the place. But I mean it this place is BOMB. I went in late afternoon, in between lunch and dinner rush, so no one was there. The owner said I would get my food in under 10 minutes and he was not lying. It came out quick!! Fast service, high quality, friendly staff. I mean it you just HAVE to try this place if you live in or are passing through Rexburg, ID. ”
